vTalkInsight — Privacy Notice (Private Offering)
Effective date: 1 October 2025
This Privacy Notice explains how WanStone Capital LLP (trading as “vTalkInsight”) (“vTalkInsight”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you access our service (the “Service”) during our private offering for friends and partners. If you do not agree with this Notice, please do not use the Service.

2) What data we collect
Account & access
- Required: email, username, password (through our authentication provider).
- Optional: first name, last name.
- Invite metadata: inviter, invite token, status, timestamps.
Usage & content
- Chat history and prompts/outputs you submit or receive in the Service.
- Operational logs (e.g., IP/user agent, timing), error logs, and security events.
Communications
- Service emails (access, security, material updates).
- Marketing preference (only if you opt in).
We do not ask for KYC documents and we do not verify your identity. See Section 7 on eligibility.
3) Why we use your data (legal bases)
- Provide and secure the Service (create/administer your account, store chat history, operate infrastructure, prevent abuse; including processing User Content to generate responses) — Contract and Legitimate Interests.
- Improve the Service (quality, reliability, troubleshooting; using aggregated/anonymised metrics) — Legitimate Interests.
- Service communications (operational messages, policy updates) — Legitimate Interests/Contract.
- Marketing communications (product updates, insights) — Consent (withdraw any time).
- Legal compliance — Legal obligation/Legitimate Interests.
4) How we share information
We use trusted service providers to operate and protect the Service, including but not limited to:
- Authentication & identity (e.g., account creation, verification).
- Hosting & delivery (e.g., frontend hosting, API hosting, content delivery).
- Database & storage (e.g., managed Postgres, object storage).
- Communications (e.g., transactional email for authentication and service notices; and, where you opt in, providers that send marketing updates).
We share only what is necessary for those providers to perform their services for us, under contract. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.
5) International transfers
Your data may be processed outside the UK/EU (including in the US). Where required, we use approved transfer safeguards (such as UK IDTA/EU SCCs) with our providers. A description of these safeguards is available on request, subject to appropriate redactions.
6) Retention
- Account data — for as long as you have an account.
- Chat history & operational logs — as needed to run, secure, and improve the Service.
- Marketing preference — until you change it or your account is deleted.
You may request deletion of your account and chat history (see Section 9). We will announce any retention changes at public release.
7) Eligibility; children; sanctions
The Service is for individuals 16+ in the UK/EU and 13+ in the US. Do not use the Service if you are under the relevant age. You must not be subject to sanctions that prohibit access. We do not perform KYC, and you are responsible for ensuring your eligibility.
8) Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies only during the Private Offering. These are necessary for security and sign-in and cannot be switched off. We are not using analytics, advertising, or social media pixels at this stage. See our Cookie Note for details.
9) Your rights
UK/EU: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability; withdraw marketing consent at any time; complain to your local DPA (e.g., ICO).
US (incl. California): rights to know, access, delete, correct; opt-out of sale/share (we do not sell/share personal information) and limit use of sensitive data (we do not use sensitive data for inferring characteristics). We verify requests where required.
How to exercise: email info@wanstonecapital.com from your account email. We may ask for information to verify your identity and will respond within legal timelines.
10) Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS in transit, role-based admin access, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure; keep your credentials confidential and report suspected issues to info@wanstonecapital.com.
11) Third-party links and content
Third-party services have their own privacy practices; please review their notices.
12) Changes to this Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time. For material changes, we will send a service notice (email or in-app). The Effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after the Effective date constitutes acceptance.
